Restoration Services
This is the overview page for everything we do — water, fire, mold, storm, sewage and reconstruction — and the right starting point when you know something has gone wrong but not which category it falls into. One company, one project manager and one claim file across every phase, from the first emergency call through to final paint.
Common causes we see
- Sudden water discharge from plumbing, appliances or HVAC
- Fire, smoke and the water used to suppress it
- Storm, wind and flood events damaging the building envelope
- Sewage backup, contamination and mold growth after unresolved moisture
Signs you need Restoration Services now
- Any active water intrusion, contamination or fire damage
- Damage you cannot categorise and do not know who to call for
- A loss involving more than one type of damage at once
- An insurance claim you need scoped, documented and rebuilt end to end
Situations we handle every week
- You have water, smoke and structural damage and want one contractor
- You do not know whether this is a water job, a mold job or both
- You need a single point of accountability across a long claim
What happens if it is left alone
- Every category of loss compounds with time, and multi-category losses compound fastest
- Splitting a loss across several contractors creates documentation gaps carriers exploit
- Delay between mitigation and rebuild extends displacement and exhausts living expense coverage
- Unresolved damage of any type reduces property value and complicates future sale
How we handle restoration services
- 1One call, one assessmentA certified technician assesses every category of damage present on the first visit, so the scope reflects the whole loss rather than the obvious part of it.
- 2Emergency stabilisationWhatever is making the loss worse right now — open envelope, running water, contamination — is dealt with first, before scoping and estimating.
- 3Certified mitigationIICRC-certified crews apply the correct standard for each category present: water drying, mold containment, biohazard sanitation, smoke residue removal.
- 4Single claim fileAll categories are documented into one Xactimate estimate with one photo log, which is far harder for a carrier to under-scope than three separate submissions.
- 5Reconstruction and close-outOur licensed rebuild crews restore the property to pre-loss condition, ending with a joint walkthrough and a written warranty.

How this differs from similar services
Restoration Services vs Water Damage Restoration
If you already know it is a water loss, that page has the detail. Use this one when the loss spans more than one category.
Restoration Services vs Property Restoration
Property Restoration is the reconstruction trade work specifically. This page covers mitigation and rebuild together.

Restoration Services — frequently asked
Mitigation, cleaning and reconstruction are performed by our own crews. Licensed plumbing, electrical, HVAC and roofing are performed by licensed specialists we coordinate, still under our project management and our single point of contact.

Water Damage Restoration
This is the full-scope service that covers everything between the moment water enters the building and the moment the last piece of baseboard goes back on. It combines extraction, documented drying, antimicrobial treatment and reconstruction under one crew, one scope and one claim file. Whether a three-day dry-out or a three-week rebuild results is decided almost entirely in the first twenty-four hours.
Fire Damage Restoration
Most fire losses involve three separate problems: what burned, what the smoke touched, and the water used to put it out. Smoke and soot travel far beyond the fire room and start corroding metal and etching finishes within days, while suppression water needs the same drying response as any other loss — which is why fire jobs move fast in the first week and then settle into a rebuild.
Mold Remediation
Remediation is not spraying and wiping. It is containing the affected area under negative pressure, removing colonised material without letting spores travel through the rest of the building, cleaning what stays, and then correcting the moisture that caused it. If the water source is not fixed, mold comes back no matter how well the removal is done.
Property Restoration
Restoration is the rebuild phase: everything that has to be replaced after mitigation is finished. It is ordinary construction work under unusual conditions — an insurance scope, a displaced household and a schedule everyone wants shortened. Keeping mitigation and reconstruction under one contract means nobody argues about where drying ended and rebuilding began.
