Emergency Water Extraction
Extraction is the single highest-value hour of any water loss: every gallon pulled mechanically is a gallon that never has to be evaporated out of your building. Flood Cleanup

It is containing the affected area under negative pressure, removing colonised material without letting spores travel through the rest of the building, cleaning what stays, and then correcting the moisture that caused it. If the water source is not fixed, mold comes back no matter how well the removal is done.
